I have worked directly with people in the areas of sexuality, relationships, and intimacy. I hold a Masters degrees in Human Sexuality from Widener University, one of two accredited scholastic programs in human sexuality located in the US.  I also hold both a Masters degree and a Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, from The California Institute of Integral Studies, a graduate school that focuses on the the integration of Eastern Philosophy and Western Psychology. I have studied embodied spiritual practices nationally and internationally through research and experiential learning in various parts of India, Europe, Indonesia and South Korea. I have conducted and published research on embodied psycho-spirituality. I have coached men and women from all walks of life. In my free time, I explore the mind-body-spirit connection through multidisciplinary dance, surfing, and yoga.

Everyone has the right to experience life to the fullest degree. A big part of accomplishing that goal is becoming aware of, and understanding, sexuality and intimacy. My wish for you is to gain the knowledge and the ability to allow yourself to reach new milestones of understanding and life change on the mind, body, spirit level so that you live a life where you are thriving.

Coaching Sessions are available nationally and internationally via Skype. In person sessions can be arranged. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.

I developed and designed Whole Person Sexuality to help you deepen your understanding of sexuality, ways of relating to yourself and others, dating and commitment partnerships. and any other kind of arrangement, at the mind, body, and spirit level. My philosophy is the best of both worlds — Eastern Traditions blended with Western Psychology.
